Hello and welcome to Oakenham Ltd. Husband and wife team Rich and Shelley live on a working farm in South Devon. 

​

When this pair moved to Devon (back to Devon for Shelley and dragged, kicking and screaming for Richard) they set about renovating granny’s bungalow, growing flowers in the garden and generally getting stuck into village life.

 

House building became a way of life for Richard and he hasn’t stopped since. Combined with Shelley’s eye for design both in and out, they have gone on to create and renovate many houses and gardens across the South Hams.
